1、版面水分大小控制不當(dāng)。

如果版面水分過(guò)大，就是使版面及墨輥帶有一層較厚的水膜，進(jìn)而影響油墨的正常均勻轉(zhuǎn)移和涂布，這樣就容易引起掉版現(xiàn)象，而且版面水分過(guò)大還會(huì)使印刷墨色偏淡，對(duì)此如果盲目采取增加輸墨量來(lái)提高墨色濃度的話，則會(huì)因水大墨大造成乳化過(guò)度，而且如果版面水分偏小，則無(wú)法與油墨抗衡，使版面油墨層鋪展，也會(huì)引起糊版現(xiàn)象。

2、潤(rùn)版液酸堿度太強(qiáng)。

如果潤(rùn)版液酸性太強(qiáng)的話就會(huì)腐蝕畫(huà)冊(cè)印刷砂目，破壞印版的親水層，容易使印刷圖文在壓印刷過(guò)程中被磨掉，因此，潤(rùn)版液的PH值在5左右剛剛好。

2、油墨粘度過(guò)大。

著墨輥老化后，親水性能就會(huì)增強(qiáng)，而親油墨的性能就會(huì)減弱，導(dǎo)致傳遞油墨的性能差，在機(jī)械滾壓的過(guò)程中，形成“水包油”類型的油墨乳化，之后導(dǎo)致印版油膩和武漢畫(huà)冊(cè)印刷圖文部分掉版。

當(dāng)設(shè)備使用老化時(shí)，一些關(guān)鍵部件潤(rùn)滑不好造成磨損、松動(dòng)，如滾筒軸頭、軸瓦、齒輪部件、偏心套等。那么，滾筒在合壓過(guò)程中，便容易產(chǎn)生微量的顫動(dòng)或滑動(dòng)現(xiàn)象，從而加劇對(duì)印版版面摩擦磨損，致使印跡轉(zhuǎn)移過(guò)程中擠壓變形間接引起掉版、糊版的現(xiàn)象的產(chǎn)生。
