防止膠印油墨變稠

對油墨來說,如果室溫和油墨的液溫如有大幅度的變化,油墨移流狀態(tài)就會發(fā)生變化,色調也會隨之發(fā)生變化。同時,低溫的天氣對高光部位的油墨轉移率會產生明顯影響。因此,在印刷產品時,無論如何要對印刷車間的溫濕度進行控制。另外,在冬季使用油墨時要提前預熱,以減少油墨本身的溫度變化。

由溫度引起的油墨變稠現(xiàn)象,可以用以下辦法:

(1)將原墨放在暖氣片上或暖氣旁邊,使其緩慢升溫逐漸恢復到原狀。

(2)急用時可使用開水進行外部加溫,具體方法是把開水倒入盆內,再將原桶墨放在水中,但要防止水蒸氣浸入,待水溫降到27攝氏度左右時取出,開蓋攪拌均勻即可使用。印刷車間的溫度以保持在27攝氏度左右為宜。

低溫天氣對紙張的影響
Influence of low temperature weather on paper
若環(huán)境溫濕度得不到良好控制,會導致紙張變形,影響正常印刷。因此,保持適宜的環(huán)境溫濕度是提高紙張印品品質和提高生產效率的關鍵。普通紙張對于環(huán)境溫度的要求不那么明顯,但當環(huán)境溫度低于10℃時,普通紙張就會變得很“脆”,印刷過程中墨層在其表面的附著力就會下降,容易造成脫墨現(xiàn)象。

如果遇到上述問題,而且交貨期緊張,工作人員可先打開UV燈管讓紙張空跑一遍,使其溫度與環(huán)境溫度相平衡后再正式印刷。此外,低溫干燥,相對濕度低,紙張與空氣進行水分交換,紙張變干燥,變翹,收縮,會造成套印不良。
