由于勻墨的需要，濟南印刷時的操作人員習(xí)慣手持墨鏟在墨輥上來回運動，進行勻墨，加墨或鏟走墨輥上多余的油墨。

1.先要腳跟站穩(wěn)，精力集中，握緊墨鏟，切忌東張西望。

2.發(fā)現(xiàn)印品局部墨量不夠且必須人工加墨時，手中的墨鏟一定要握緊，并將小墨輥抬起，待該輥停穩(wěn)后再進行操作。

這種操作屬于違規(guī)的危險操作，在印刷中由此引起的事故較多。操作人員在機器高速運轉(zhuǎn)的情況下要找準(zhǔn)臟點位置并擦除，可用時間相當(dāng)短暫，且用力大小擦不掉，只有早下手，用大力才能把粘在印版圖文（或墨輥）上的臟點去掉。稍有失誤，手指就有可能進入印版滾筒空當(dāng)處。如果是懸空操作而沒有依托，很可能將一只手帶進滾筒，而造成軋手事故。
