1、版面水分大小控制不當(dāng)。

如果版面水分過(guò)大,就是使版面及墨輥帶有一層較厚的水膜,進(jìn)而影響油墨的正常均勻轉(zhuǎn)移和涂布,這樣就容易引起掉版現(xiàn)象,而且版面水分過(guò)大還會(huì)使印刷墨色偏淡,對(duì)此如果盲目采取增加輸墨量來(lái)提高墨色濃度的話,則會(huì)因水大墨大造成乳化過(guò)度,而且如果版面水分偏小,則無(wú)法與油墨抗衡,使版面油墨層鋪展,也會(huì)引起糊版現(xiàn)象。
