If the environmental temperature and humidity are not well controlled, it will lead to paper deformation and affect the normal printing. Therefore, to maintain the appropriate environment temperature and humidity is the key to improve the quality of paper printing and production efficiency.

普通紙張對于環(huán)境溫度的要求不那么明顯，但當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度低于10℃時，普通紙張就會變得很“脆”，印刷過程中墨層在其表面的附著力就會下降，容易造成脫墨現(xiàn)象。

當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度低于10℃時，將大大影響金銀卡類紙張適性，當(dāng)金銀卡類紙張的儲存環(huán)境溫度在0℃左右時，從紙庫運(yùn)送到印刷車間后，其表面就會因溫差而出現(xiàn)大量水汽，影響正常印刷，會導(dǎo)致廢品出現(xiàn)。如果遇到上述問題，而且交貨期緊張，工作人員可先打開UV燈管讓紙張空跑一遍，使其溫度與環(huán)境溫度相平衡后再正式印刷。

此外，低溫干燥，相對濕度低，紙張與空氣進(jìn)行水分交換，紙張變干燥，變翹，收縮，會造成套印不好。
