光澤,作為視覺(jué)信息的一種,能對(duì)人的心理狀態(tài)、情緒等許多精神方面產(chǎn)生重要影響,所以人們對(duì)于顏色的研究很早就開(kāi)始了,對(duì)于印刷行業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),一件印刷成品有無(wú)光澤是尤為重要的。那么在不考慮印后上光處理的前提下,應(yīng)如何有用提高印刷品的光澤度呢?下面,我們就來(lái)了解一下。

1、改進(jìn)酸性潤(rùn)濕液。
1. Improve acid wetting solution.
以鉻酸、磷酸為主,酸性越強(qiáng),對(duì)油墨連結(jié)料和顏料的分解力、腐蝕力越大,致使印跡膜面粗糙,降低了光澤。
It is mainly chromic acid and phosphoric acid. The stronger the acidity, the greater the decomposition and corrosion of ink binder and pigment, resulting in rough surface of imprinted film and reduced gloss.
2、降低油墨乳化度。

膠印中的油墨乳化過(guò)度大都是操作中水大墨多造成的,印跡看上去墨層很厚,但油墨分子成了水包油的狀態(tài),干燥后光澤性非常差,而且還會(huì)產(chǎn)生一系列其它故障。水大墨多是膠印中比較犯忌的做法。

3、油墨中適當(dāng)?shù)募臃泡o助劑。

在油墨中加放適當(dāng)?shù)妮o助劑,可以調(diào)節(jié)油墨的印刷適性,以便順利印刷,絕大部分輔助劑對(duì)于成品光澤都會(huì)帶來(lái)不利影響。例如防粘劑,主要原料為六谷粉,加入油墨后,印跡膜層表面由于玉米粉的析出而變的粗糙,成品光澤性就差。

4、正確使用燥油。

對(duì)于的亮光快干油墨,在溫、濕度正常的情況下,自身已有足夠的干燥能力。如果在冬季溫、濕度偏低或者油墨內(nèi)須添加防粘劑、去粘劑、薄調(diào)墨油等的情況下,都應(yīng)加放燥油。在工藝操作中,正確的使用燥油,對(duì)于成品形成光澤非常有利。這是因?yàn)榧垙埼者B結(jié)料需要一定的時(shí)間,在此過(guò)程中,盡快使連結(jié)料凝聚,直結(jié)膜干燥,是成品光澤好的關(guān)鍵。

5、注意噴粉。

噴粉同油墨一樣,也會(huì)產(chǎn)生凝聚,特別是密封不好的袋裝或桶裝,噴粉受潮后,凝聚成較大的顆粒,噴到濕墨印跡上,使墨層表面結(jié)膜粗糙,降低了原有的光澤,因此噴粉要注意防潮。另外,噴粉裝置的機(jī)構(gòu)上有加熱裝置,在使用噴粉時(shí)應(yīng)加以檢查,加熱裝置是否失靈。

除此之外,正確調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)器,也可以提高印刷品光澤度,印跡墨層厚度是否達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)于光澤也有影響,因此,要把壓力調(diào)整好,使網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的擴(kuò)大率控制在15%左右,所印的產(chǎn)品墨層既厚實(shí),層次又拉的開(kāi),光澤自然也會(huì)有了。
