1、版面水分大小控制不當。

如果版面水分過大，就是使版面及墨輥帶有一層較厚的水膜，進而影響油墨的正常均勻轉(zhuǎn)移和涂布，這樣就容易引起掉版現(xiàn)象，而且版面水分過大還會使印刷墨色偏淡，對此如果盲目采取增加輸墨量來提高墨色濃度的話，則會因水大墨大造成乳化過度，而且如果版面水分偏小，則無法與油墨抗衡，使版面油墨層鋪展，也會引起糊版現(xiàn)象。

2、潤版液酸堿度太強。

如果潤版液酸性太強的話就會腐蝕畫冊印刷砂目，破壞印版的親水層，容易使印刷圖文在壓印刷過程中被磨掉，因此，潤版液的PH值在5左右剛剛好。

膠印過程中如果油墨的粘度過大，除了使油墨轉(zhuǎn)印出現(xiàn)困難以外，還會破壞墨層中間斷裂的條件，使版面剩余的墨層不足，其結(jié)果就會使印版圖文部分裸露磨損，造成掉版。

著墨輥老化后，親水性能就會增強，而親油墨的性能就會減弱，導致傳遞油墨的性能差，在機械滾壓的過程中，形成“水包油”類型的油墨乳化，之后導致印版油膩和武漢畫冊印刷圖文部分掉版。

5、設(shè)備老化。

當設(shè)備使用老化時，一些關(guān)鍵部件潤滑不好造成磨損、松動，如滾筒軸頭、軸瓦、齒輪部件、偏心套等。那么，滾筒在合壓過程中，便容易產(chǎn)生微量的顫動或滑動現(xiàn)象，從而加劇對印版版面摩擦磨損，致使印跡轉(zhuǎn)移過程中擠壓變形間接引起掉版、糊版的現(xiàn)象的產(chǎn)生。

另外，橡皮布不平整也會導致畫冊印刷出現(xiàn)掉版的現(xiàn)象。當橡皮布的襯墊不平或包勒不緊出現(xiàn)虛松情況時，其表面產(chǎn)生隆起現(xiàn)象，壓印時產(chǎn)生不正常的摩擦而破壞印版膜層，從而引起掉版、糊版現(xiàn)象的產(chǎn)生。
