印刷紙張的性能要求達(dá)標(biāo)要求

紙張能否順利地高質(zhì)量地用于印刷,取決于紙張的印刷適性。印刷對(duì)紙張的要求是:紙張的色調(diào)盡可能地達(dá)到同一質(zhì)地的色澤純度,紙張的塵埃度不得超過允許的范圍,具有小的透光率,并有保證正常印刷時(shí)的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度,紙張的厚度、緊度、結(jié)構(gòu)特性等要在同一印刷批量中保持相同,紙邊應(yīng)為直角且斜度誤差不能超過±3mm。

紙張的彈性和塑性:紙張?jiān)谕头拧⒂∷⒌雀鞣N過程中,會(huì)因?yàn)橹苓叚h(huán)境的不同而發(fā)生各種變化。如在外力的作用下,會(huì)瞬時(shí)地改變自己的形狀和尺寸,而當(dāng)外力停止時(shí),紙張又會(huì)恢復(fù)到原來的形狀和尺寸,這種變形的過程稱為敏彈性變形;當(dāng)紙張受到外力時(shí)在一定期捍間間隔內(nèi)改變了自己的形狀和尺寸,外力停止作用時(shí)則慢慢地恢復(fù)到原來的形狀和尺寸,這種變形的過程稱為滯彈性變形;當(dāng)外力取消之后,紙張還是保持在受外力作用時(shí)造成的形狀與尺寸變形的狀態(tài)時(shí),稱為塑性變形。敏彈性變形、滯彈性變形是一種可逆性的變形,而塑性變形是不可逆的變形。

紙張的表面強(qiáng)度:紙張的表面強(qiáng)度決定著紙張?jiān)谟∷r(shí)其表面的耐磨性、抗掉粉、抗起毛等有決定性的影響。印刷時(shí)為了得到較為清晰的網(wǎng)點(diǎn),會(huì)采用一些粘度較高的油墨,如果紙張的表面強(qiáng)度不夠,就會(huì)容易掉粉、掉毛現(xiàn)象,并粘附在版的表面;如果使用較低粘度的油墨,在平版印刷中,會(huì)因油墨與潤版液乳化,從而造成印版空白的地方污臟。

紙張的含水量:紙張的含水量的多少,直接影響著印刷品的質(zhì)量,含水量過多,紙張的強(qiáng)度會(huì)降低,在外力的作用下,紙張纖維會(huì)被拉出,使塑性變形增強(qiáng),使印跡的干燥速度受到影響;如含水量過少,紙張會(huì)發(fā)脆,容易造成破損,產(chǎn)生靜電等。由于紙張的含水量與周圍的環(huán)境有很大的相關(guān)性,所以對(duì)于印刷機(jī)房的濕度和溫度都要進(jìn)行恰當(dāng)?shù)陌才?,以保持紙張含水量的平衡?/div>
