1膠層較薄,彈性較低。如果印刷壓力是通過在橡皮布的自場狀態(tài)下測量千分尺的厚度來計(jì)算的,則膠層的過度變薄可能導(dǎo)致印刷壓力不足。由于簾布層變薄,毯子的彈性降低了。即使在減小中心距離和增加壓縮的情況下,也可能發(fā)生油墨轉(zhuǎn)移不良。如果氣墊毯過緊,可能使微泡海綿層失效,失去氣墊毯的良好性能。
1. The adhesive layer is thin and has low elasticity.
